Welcome to Solrove ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Solrove is a product of Roaming Panda Inc., an Oregon company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and smart lighting products for recreational vehicles.
By accessing our website, making a purchase, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
Roaming Panda Inc., operating under the Solrove product brand, designs and sells smart lighting purpose-built for recreational vehicles (RVs) and mobile living. Based in Oregon, our products and services include:
- Smart Ceiling Lights for RVs (12V native, vibration-resistant)
- Smart home technology designed specifically for mobile living
- Product installation guidance and documentation
- Customer support for product setup and operation
All purchases are subject to product availability and compliance with these Terms.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms
Program Name: Solrove SMS Updates
3.1 Message Types
By opting into our SMS program, you may receive the following types of text messages:
- Order confirmations and shipping updates
- Sign-in verification codes
- Product announcements and updates
- Customer support communications
- Promotional offers (with consent)
3.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity and preferences. You will typically receive messages when you place an order, when your order ships, and for delivery updates. You may also receive occasional product announcements and promotional messages if you have opted in.

Reply STOP to opt out. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from Solrove unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Solrove is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, network problems, or other factors outside our control.
3.8 Privacy
Your phone number and messaging data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
- Use our products in accordance with provided instructions and safety guidelines
- Install products properly or have them installed by a qualified professional
- Report any product defects or issues promptly
- Not modify products in ways that void the warranty
- Not use products for any illegal purposes or activities
- Not resell products without authorization
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Reservation Model
Solrove currently operates on a reservation/pre-order model. To reserve a product, you pay a small reservation fee (e.g., $1) to secure your spot in line. This reservation fee confirms your interest and holds your place for priority fulfillment.
5.2 Full Payment
Full payment is collected when your product is ready to ship. Before we ship, we will contact you via email to complete your purchase at the price locked in at the time of your reservation. You are not obligated to complete the purchase; see our refund policy below.
5.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Your reservation locks in your VIP price, protecting you from any price increases. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed when you complete your final payment.
5.4 Reservation Refund Policy
Your reservation fee is fully refundable at any time, no questions asked. To request a refund of your reservation fee, contact us at [email protected] and we will process your refund promptly.
5.5 Product Return Policy
Once you receive your product, we want you to be completely satisfied. Our return policy for delivered products is as follows:
- Unused products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery if returned in original packaging
- Defective products: Full refund or replacement at any time during the warranty period
- Used products: Returns accepted within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee

5.6 Warranty
All Solrove smart lighting products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of Roaming Panda Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
The Solrove and Roaming Panda names, logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Roaming Panda Inc. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Solrove and Roaming Panda Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, mechanical failures, or government actions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roaming Panda Inc. (operating the Solrove brand), its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oregon. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
